Team Leader/Waste Yard Foreman required GR33
<p>Our client is looking for an experienced Yard Supervisor in a Waste Recycling Facility based in Glanmire Area, Co. Cork. The Team Leader/Waste Yard Foreman is required for a permanent position based in Glanmire Area, Co. Cork. Involves staff supervision, traffic management & hands on activity including forklift driving duties.</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS:GR33</p> <ul> <li>Hold certain machine operator tickets (Counter Balance Forklift Ticket, other tickets would be a distinct advantage)</li> <li>waste management experience preferable but not essential</li> <li>An effective leadership style when dealing with a multinational workforce</li> <li>Responsible for coordinating the operations within the waste yard</li> <li>Prioritize the onsite disposal of waste</li> <li>Manage the processing of general waste</li> <li>Supervising personnel</li> <li>Daily contact with customers</li> <li>Ensure all operations are carried out safely and effectively</li> <li>Ensure that all PPE meets common standards of quality</li> <li>Any other duties as dictated by line management</li> <li>Manual Handling Training Certificate GR33</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p>If you are interested please apply through link below.</p> <p><strong>PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T MEET THE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p><strong>PLEASE DO NOT CALL - we will contact successful applicants.</strong></p>
