STORE MANAGERS NATIONWIDE

Our client is a major international retailer who is currently looking to recruit for ambitious and experienced Managers Nationwide with a proven track record of success.



Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• To have the ability to coach and develop store teams to drive the delivery of retail objectives.


• To have the ability to deliver store sales and cost targets and consequently outperforming P&L targets.


• To understand commercial performance, driving sales and ensuring the lowest cost to the company.


• Take accountability for short term delivery of Store Objectives.


• To develop the team through proactive personal development plans (PDPs)                                                

 Experience Required:



Minimum of two years managerial experience at Management level in a fast paced large retailer achieving high levels of turnover on a weekly basis.
