Our Client are a virtual office and multi company site in the city centre. They require a receptionist for their busy city centre offices.
Your Duties will include:
1. Answering a busy switchboard
2. Taking messages and email for virtual and onsite clients
3. Forwarding messages and email for virtual and onsite clients in a timely manner
4. Greeting and welcoming customers and managing couriers
5. Handling Administration and fax's
6. Dealing with Virtual and Onsite Clients in a courteous and professional manner.
This role is fast paced and you will operate in a busy environment
It is a part time role, however flexibility is required around holiday cover and abscence you may be required to work additional days and hours.
The role might suit a student or post graduate looking for some additional income, it is within easy walking distance of Trinity College, DIT Bolton Street, and Dublin Business School.
Salary is €11.00 per hour and this is an ongoing role.
