Introduction:
Our client, one of the worlds most successful food retailers has immediate requirements for Assistant Store Managers within the Leinster region. These are new roles that have been created due to their continued expansion.
Job Description:
You will be given regular responsibility to run the store, including staff management, stock control, wastage management, Gross profit etc.
This is a hands on, physical role that will test you to the limit but is an extremely rewarding and satisfying role.

Profile:
The ideal candidate will have previous people management experience. You need to be able to prove that you are a manager that does not a manager who stands and delegates!
You must come from a hands on, fast paced, physical working environment.
Your not a job hopper, that you have been in previous employment for a minimum of 3 years and have good reason to be leaving your current employment.
This role is physically demanding so you must be sure of your own physical fitness but most importantly that you are a person that gets things done, driven and results orientated.
