DIGITAL SALES MANAGER - ONLINE
<strong>Digital Sales Manager</strong> <p>Our client one of Europe’s largest specialist multi media publishers providing market leading automotive classified websites now has a requirement for a Digital Sales Manager . Rapid growth and constant expansion and exploration of new technology , channels, markets and business opportunities has propelled our client to one of the largest conventional and online publishing groups.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ideal candidate:</p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Educated to Leaving cert standard.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 years experience as a manager in a field sales environment, preferably digital.</li> <li>Ability to manage key stakeholder relationships, internally and externally.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team who are remotely based.</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver results through business development executives</li> <li>Proven success of delivering results in line with business objectives.</li> <li>Able to demonstrate/illustrate industry knowledge.</li> <li>Proven ability of bringing products to market successfully</li> <li>Strong understanding and proven ability of demonstrating value</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Capabilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Focus on Results</li> <li>Coaching and Development</li> <li>Planning and Organisation</li> <li>Customer Excellence</li> <li>Communication</li> <li>Commercial Awareness</li> <li>Motivation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Standards of Performance:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Adherence to monthly one to ones, as defined in the Management of Sales Performance Process and completion of all Personal Development Activity including a 6 month bi-annual review and an annual review and setting of objectives.</li> <li>Adherence to an average of 5 coaching sessions per rep per month</li> <li>Achievement of monthly department target each month.</li> <li>Achievement of team contact plan activity.</li> <li>Team compliance with achievement of sales plan.</li> <li>Monthly sales report submitted to Commercial Manager on achievement versus sales plan for the period.</li> </ul> <ul></ul> <p><strong>Are you interested in becoming a Digital Sales Manager for one of Europe's largest specialist Media Publishers?
