Skills required:
· Must be hardworking, practical and self-motivated.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
· A focus on customer satisfaction and how this may be achieved is essential.
· A proven record of customer service is required.
· Previous management experience is also essential.
· Must be able to work using own initiative but at the same time understand the importance of teamwork.
· Must be able to multi task successfully.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
· To have the ability to coach and develop store teams to drive the delivery of retail objectives.
· To have the ability to deliver store sales and cost targets and consequently outperforming P&L targets.
· To understand commercial performance, driving sales and ensuring the lowest cost to the company.
· Take accountability for short term delivery of Store Objectives.
· To develop the team through proactive personal development plans (PDPs).
Experience Needed:
Must have a minimum of 1 year management experience in a fast paced environment.
