A Customer Contact Centre responsible for handling calls from 43 countries in 14 different languages, including calls from Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Latin America, US/Canada and Australia. Three-quarters of our staff are multi-lingual and we offer service in most major languages. The Cork Centre is in operation since 1994 and is also responsible for several significant support activities and has established as one of the most innovative leisure industry employers in the region. The CCC Team is committed to providing outstanding Customer Service using a variety of interactive methods, such as e-mail, Chat and Social Media.

What do we look for when we look for staff?

We look for dynamic and motivated employees, preferably fluent in more than one European language, with an excellent telephone manner, great customer services and communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. Basic computer skills are also required however full training is provided on-site in the CCC.
